Today is #WorldParkinsonsDay & recently I met with @ParkinsonsUK and people who live with Parkinson’s to hear about their experiences. Parkinson’s is the fastest growing neurological condition in the world. Until there is a cure, there is @ParkinsonsUK and the support they offer.

I've got that many health alerts on my phone/watch that when I use the hand dryer in the office they are still buzzing from notifications about hearing damage by the time ive walked the length of the office to get back to my desk!

Why is it always the bus just before 8am that doesn’t show up.? The only one that gets me to work on time? Now I need to get a train as well. Double the fare and late to work. Great.
