Here’s a first for me. Had an apt complex collapse on my 4-plex 🤯 Lesson to be learned here is to ask/make the demo guys remove the brick before smashing the building to pieces. HVACs damaged, gas meters had to be repaired, and a couple broken windows. Unbelievable!
