You get into a great acting class. No one can learn acting or any craft from social media posts. Google acting classes. Ask actors who they studied with. Many do zoom classes, but in person is always best.
@BobBergen Yes sir all I was just asking was how can I do it, I’m on the spectrum so I don’t get it Bob.

My advise is to stop seeking/thinking about work and study acting….like I’ve said before. Nothing immediate about learning acting technique. It takes as long as it takes. And a smart actor is always learning. Stop talking about it and just do it.
@BobBergen what would you recommend I do to master great and immediate matching sync skills, I ask because I live in Virginia and we have some ADR opportunities in VA Beach and soon other places within the 2030’s so I have to ask.

ADR requires great and immediate acting while matching sync. It’s a skill not all can master.
@BobBergen is it true that Adding dialogue 2 completed/animated content is ADR or Automated Dialogue Replacement. Dialogue on animation is recorded first but often ADR is needed 2 sweeten the finished product, also is ADR hard to do for characters that exist?

Dude, from your first day at the mic in my workshop, I had no doubts. 😉.
@BobBergen @WaltDisneyWorld Thank you, Bob! What a long, strange trip it’s been!.

Your goal should be to be a great actor. And to excel at original characters. Here you will find every vo coach in the business. But you should start with acting class. You need to take some responsibility yourself. Google "top acting coaches.".

@BobBergen do you have any idea where I can find training and more coaches for VO, I have a goal where I want to audition for Clayface and Riddler for a Batman: Arkham Series Reboot despite not being union, I’d like to go for that as a goal, but I’m not sure, what do you think?

Depends on the producer. Sometimes they speed me, sometimes they don't. I prefer not to be sped. If you saw Looney Tunes Back in Action they sped me way too much. I think I sounded best in either Duck Dodgers or Looney Tunes Cartoons.
@BobBergen Bob? Porky, back when he was played by Mel Blanc, had a track sped up. But I'll bet you didn't need to have it sped up after a successful audition to be a replacement voice after Mel's death. Could I be right? You're a great voice for Porky.

When you get a few years of acting and improv training under your belt. Right now all you need to be concerned about is becoming a great actor.
@BobBergen Thank you Bob, am I welcome to pay you money to take a workshop with you when I get more income rolling in?.

Study acting & improv, then VoiceOver. Each genre of vo you are interested in, animation, commercials, promo, etc., require its own training, demo & marketing. I studied acting for 2 yrs, improv for 3, vo for 4. It was after all of this I was demo ready.
@BobBergen I’m sorry for looking for obstacles & excuses. Do you have any suggestions on how to train.

Because not every job asks for a celeb. I’m not a celeb. Because everyone wants 2 work w/brilliant talent. Because your desire to act must be stronger than your desire to get paid to act. You keep looking for obstacles & excuses. But you never address my suggestion to train.
@BobBergen hiya Bob, beg pardon for me asking, but what’s the point of new VO actors getting a chance to show their acting skills if Directors & CD’s wanna go after Celebrities:

I can't recommend anyone's career path. That must be your decision & that decision comes w/everything one must do 2 compete. Some veteran vo actors can record dubbing remotely but new actors work in-studio. No matter your goals u have 2 stop thinking work & just think training.
@BobBergen where would you recommend I look into Dubbing especially The Remote kind since I have a pro home studio?. Tbh I’ve been thinking about reaching to Chris Sabat who played Azure Lion in Monkie Kid Season 4, but I’m not sure if he’d let me have a small part to play?

Adding voice to the finished product. Working to picture rather than voicing before production is animated or filmed.

Adding dialogue 2 completed/animated content is ADR or Automated Dialogue Replacement. Dialogue on animation is recorded first but often ADR is needed 2 sweeten the finished product. Anime is dubbed entirely 2 picture. Don’t think I mentioned new lines 4 established characters.
@BobBergen hey, question, what’s that thing called you told me about a few months ago regarding recording new lines for established characters such as Shockwave,Wolverine , Mr. Smee & Jasper Badun. I think you said it was called RND(Recording New Dialogue)?

Buddy, Hamlet is a Shakespeare play. You can find it at your library, Amazon, or online. Google acting coaches. @RuskinSchool is where I studied. But there are dozens of em. @HFStudioLA @StellaAdler Just don't expect to learn acting on social media.

Hamlet is Shakespeare's most popular, and most puzzling, play. It follows the form of a "revenge tragedy," in which the hero, Hamlet, seeks vengeance against his father's murderer, his uncle Claudi...
@BobBergen where can I find hamlet books and how can I study information needed for acting to come first, I mean I’m sure you and Steve did not wake up one day and choose to be porky pig Wolverine, Venom, Green Goblin Bullsye King Nixel, Spinza & Aquad to name roles u both did?.

No one can stop anyone's creativity. The only limitation is what we self impose.
@BobBergen That’s what I meant Hamlet, yes.

Why not? You can do whatever you want. What's stopping you? Not sure what Hamilton is. Did you mean Hamlet??.
@BobBergen question, if i wanted too, could I read Hamilton as Wolverine, Starscream, Mr. Smee &/or Jasper Badun similar to how you read Hamilton as Porky Pig, I’ve been training a lot recently via readying a Wolverine comic so next time I think I’ll get a Hamilton book;)
