That infrastructural ambition is alive here and well in Philadelphia! We will get the Roosevelt Boulevard Subway completed.
We can only dream of daring to build such world class transit infrastructure in the United States. Whatever the spirit was that built the Center City Commuter Connection in Philadelphia in the 1980s, we need to get that ambition back.
