Our FREE Recovery Yoga at The Reidvale Neighbourhood Centre has been very popular recently with a good turn out at this weeks class and everyone enjoying themselves 🧘♂️🧘♀️🧘. Anyone can come along and take part in this class which takes place every Wednesday from 10:45am until 12pm
