๐ป๐ฝ mentioned that he was a bit sad he didn't choose to do a serious character for District V. Speaking as a viewer though, I wouldn't trade Peyton Dweemer for the world. He made me and so many others laugh every day. I think he was exactly who he needed to be.

@phreid_ To be completely honest, I have to agree with Vox in this. The Macaroni/Orly story was very heavy (story wise and mood wise too) and Dweemer is that character that helps to lift the spirits of everyone around them. Not saying that he has to or that he is silly all the time
