UPDATE: The lawsuit has been settled. Ben "Ruben Sim" Simon has been permanently restrained and enjoined from the following actions: - Making false terrorist threats against Roblox - Making false statements about Roblox - Encouraging violence against Roblox or its employees

- Accessing the Roblox website other than sections that do not require an account to access - Violating the Roblox Terms of Service - Staying 100 feet away from any Roblox office, facility, or residence

- Making any online statements, audio files, videos, or documents that encourages unauthorized access to the Roblox platform or conduct that violates Roblox's Terms of Service Ben Simon has also been ordered to pay $150,000 in legal fees. Full settlement:
