Walking the last 45 miles in one go from the beautiful village (think it’s a village) of Lydd! To Eastbourne pier! . We will be starting this Monday coming 11th August around 11pm and walking all night into the 12th to finish in Eastbourne! . We plan to finish around 1/2pm.

So some of you may of seen couple months ago me and Ed attempted to walk 85 miles straight from Deal pier to Eastbourne…. Well it didn’t happen we finished half way due to injury but now we are BACK!!!!!

Another great run with the 6am run club today. We have created a great little group here now (more always welcome) . Just another way of getting more men active and talking. Join us next Friday and start the day with a gentle 3miler meeting 6am outside Elm Park train station

Another DADs Space session done today great company great lads! . We have another session this Saturday meeting at Storkway children’s centre 10am till 12. For any dad in greenwich with a children up to the age of 5 . No obligation to come every week as and when you can 😊

Brand new series of portraits coming out from September . Telling the stories of the blokes who attend our walks . Finding out why and what happens on the walks . Hopefully reaching more men and getting them the great support we offer . We are also hoping to do another exhibition

Walking among giants (trees) today . Great success today with our 2nd midweek BIG walk walking Chigwell to Havering atte bower. Date for your diary lads Friday 5th September is the next one I will announce the location next Thursday but it will be London based 😊💙

The 6am run club out and about this morning . Believe it or not still getting those chatty miles in despite running 🏃 😂. We are back next Friday meeting 6am outside Elm Park train station for any lad to get a gentle 3miles done 👍

Another brilliant session down at DADs space today at Storkway childrens centre in Kidbrooke . Great to see a new dad come along today also and we saw and spoke to plenty on our walk today so hopefully they get involved next week
