So, turns out the colors were mapped to the wrong binary number. But by fixing that I found a second, lighter red/orange that shouldn't be there (from the spectra 6 specs that I know). Not mad for an extra color but where does it come from?

While I really enjoy using my e-reader for note taking, recently I had the urge to go back to a physical sketchbook. Both ways of note taking have their pros and cons and I enjoy both. But currently I really need the feeling of flipping through pages.

Plotting on the big screen today

The same wing pattern can also seen on the front along with an engraved single line text. For the STF logo, I also slightly raster engrave the area. Did you know that you can create a white/light area on paper with this technique?

To make the plain anthracite area more interesting, I engraved the beetle's wing pattern in the background. That skyrocketed the cutting time, but it looks so much better!
