It has been a tough decision to retire from riding as I had a lot to look forward to but it is the right decision for my family & most of all my son who yells out “daddy” every morning as soon as he wakes up. Thank you to all of the connections that supported me for 17 years.

Interested to see what everyone thinks about Headwall taking one of the remaining Everest slots. He’s 17 starts 6:5:4 (rarely runs a bad race). He has won multiple times on heavy & good. He also has form around the best sprinters. Would you have him? . @DufficyRon.@RayThomas_1.

G1 T.J Smith placegetter Headwall is locked in for slot holder @UNIBETAustralia / Chief Racing to compete in the $5M Kia Quokka at Ascot on Saturday April 26. Trainer @mcsmithracing said he believes he has the right horse at the right time to peak in the Kia Quokka!

It’s the definition of mixed emotions not being able to be on a horse I did so much work on. I have such a close relationship with the owners so I cheered his huge run! . Checked and held up until the 200m. Get him in the Everest 👀 .
