So much to be Thankful for this thanksgiving especially this high energy lift with my brother! Explosive power day clips included: push press 250x4 and split squat 325x4 each leg. Getting work done after eating great food. Extremely blessed!

Really good Clean Complex and power session this morning. Getting after it at 6 am. 245lbs and 260lb reps went up explosivly with great form!
