Team II travelled to Manchester but the bats fell quiet giving the Bees a sweep. Team I swept the Halton Trojans confirming them as 2025 AA Northern League champions with a record of 17-3 and will now move onto the national playoffs later in the month. Congrats Team I!

This weekends fixtures. Another top of the table clash for Team I, while Team III travel a short distance to Leeds for their games. A reminder it’s Tramlines festival this weekend so please plan ahead if you’re intending to come and watch. Forge Valley School, Wood Lane, S6 5HG

Sunday’s Results. A very one sided derby day saw Team I take all the spoils in their pursuit of the divisional title. Despite the results it was great to see the guys in Team II gaining vital experience playing either new positions or learning new tricks on the field.

Results. Team I travelled to Hull to take on the second place Scorpions. They came away with one win & one loss which was enough to keep them in the top spot. They move to 10-2 for the season. Team II’s game was rained off this weekend so we’ll be looking into a make up date.

It’s Derby Day tomorrow for the Bladerunners! One of our favourite days in the season. This year we’ve mixed it up due to the range of skills across our teams. We’ve carried out a draft and mixed up all of our players across 3 teams. First pitch at Forge Valley @ 12pm.

No games for Teams I & II this weekend, but Team III are at home playing in a Super 6 Weekend double diamond at Forge Field. Yes thats right 6 teams, 6 games and 2 diamonds. Plenty of baseball on offer for all. Make sure to get yourselves down as it’s sure to be a fantastic day

A fantastic weekend for Team I who claimed a dominant sweep of the Halton Trojans as Team II split at home with Manchester Bees. Both our AA teams sit with winning records. Team III travelled to Manchester for a ‘Super 6’ weekend and had a fantastic time developing their skills.

Todays Meet the Bladerunners focuses on Nestor who’s been a rock of the club for many years taking on roles such as head coach & team captain. Nestor loves to bring a game of Venezuelan baseball to training involving bottle tops and a broomstick. Always fun at the end of training

Sunday:. Team II travel to @hullscorpions while Team III travel to Newark to take on both Newark Nationals and @MANCBASEBALL C’s. Sadly no home game as Team I’s games against the Sheffield Kodiaks have been forfeited which means Team I automatically takes 2 wins from this weekend

A strong set of results from last weekend as both Teams I and II developed winning records whilst Team III started the season with some good development of players moving into the season.

This weekend sees all 3 Bladerunner teams in league action as teams II and III head out on the road looking to add some W’s to this years campaign. Team I are at Forge Field this week taking on the Hull Scorpions. First pitch 12pm. Good luck to all involved this weekend ⚾️

Last weekends results. Team I travelled to Manchester and were dominant in game one but couldn’t get the runners home in game 2 despite taking a lead into the final inning. Team II played 2 friendly games against Team III and the @uoshornets due to the Kodiaks forfeiting.

It’s opening weekend for all Sheffield Bladerunner teams!. Tomorrow sees Team I travel to take on the @mancbaseball ‘s B’s. At home we have a Team II taking on Team III and the Sheffield University team due to the Kodiaks being unable to field a team this week as per our schedule
