If I moved to LA I would buy one of these Bungalow style kit homes in Jefferson Park! These 100 year old plus beauties are amazing! I drove down these streets 3-4 times just gawking at them!

Saw an interesting stat last night… only 240 homes for rent in Houston $1,400 or less but 180-220 people move here everyday! Looks like opportunity…

Key point. We are selling her the home for $45k. No bank is loaning on homes below $50k and usually $75k. She literally had no options outside of cash which she doesn’t have. #financetheblock

I’ve figured out how these IBuyers are making money on the houses they flip that most people don’t realize! Look at the fee they charge - 14% 😳👀🤦🏾‍♂️ - LOL! But y’all mad at the real estate agents and the 6% they share! Dang near $60k in fees on this house, that’s a 20% haircut
