ANNOUNCEMENT: A bad Windows 10 update is preventing printing. Upon printing (with the update installed) the affected machine will blue screen. Uninstalling the update fixes the issue. For Windows 10 ver 1909: KB5000808 For Windows 10 ver 2004+: KB5000802
