Dodgy, crummy & incredibly average to a customer who loyally travels with you. If you do this to international business class customers - what lows will you dish out to ordinary economy travellers? 3/3

How can something - lounge passes - given out annually expire before the end of the year for non-use? Sounds like a dodgy offer indeed to me, something to notify the ACCC about. 2/3

2 strikes rule is not being used properly? Very few strikes actually lead to board spills. No real disruption: forces communication btn the co & aggrieved shders. After 2 yrs, whole thing starts again. #corpgov

Wow. $23m penalty plus $32m in remediation costs. A strong message for Industry and Retail Super Funds: get your house in order or suffer the significant consequences. Don’t think you can get away with blaming your 3P provider either. #superannuation

DroneShield’s governance shortcomings have been horribly exposed by the mass sell-down of stock by its CEO, chair and director. The company needs to grow up.

Like to know what no way forward really means for @RioTinto here. Is it not up to the rate of return on equity that Co wants? Is it possible that the smelter is profitable, just not RioTinto levels of profitable? Sunlight is needed here.

The government can't hide its frustration with Rio Tinto, but at the same time it's preparing to dip deeper into taxpayers' pockets to help the company out. Again.

Agree with all of this but reality is co management got away with all the questionable transactions & seem little concerned about future fallouts. Does the ‘vote or exit’ investor choice now become ‘vote and exit’? #corpgov
