Masterchef the pros should contain rounds where contestants have to hire a CDP, create & cost an entire yearly set of menus to 75% margin, train a brigade to cook 16 dishes from it, then conduct a performance review with a difficult team member, otherwise it’s just mastercook

One year ago today, I was 9th in the ambulance queue outside a West Midlands hospital endlessly waiting to be ‘given permission’ to bring my patient inside two hours after my shift finish time …. this evening I was *25th*!!!! It is intolerable.
