NEW: Yesterday, Glendale PD announced the arrest of Ivan Ramirez, the first suspect arrested in connection with the mass smash & grab of a YSL store.
Jail records show Ramirez was released from custody with a citation just hours after his arrest, due to LA County’s zero bail.
