As some have heard, we’re devastated by the loss of our Chief Resident, Ray Kennedy, who passed this weekend after suffering a medical emergency at the Moore Course.
Ray was already a skilled surgeon, but more so was a kind teacher and fiercely loyal friend.
Miss you so much.

Putting stents in young folks with zero or mild symptoms, who are expected to have those stents in them for another 50-100 years, is criminal.

From JVS 2014. It’s not the first and won’t be the last. You do have to wonder was there any thought that there was an issue at any time during the procedure...
A great loss for the vascular surgery community and for everyone who knew him and called him a friend,

RIP Dr Dardik. Privileged and grateful to have learned from you.

Oh cool. You want to “engage new constituencies within vascular surgery.”
Apparently like all the community practice surgeons who have a spare $2000 lying around.
