1 elevator working. 1 elevator broke. Up escalator broken. No stairs. Had to run up the down escalator because elevator had a 50 person backup. You’re both a joke.

Maintenance cannot figure out how to get us on our way. Plane works, but they can’t figure out the paperwork. Oh yeah, we had to de-plane. Thanks for being consistent. Consistently sucking.

Pilot has left the plane to find maintenance upper-level management for explanation of why they won’t even give us an estimate of departure. You guys have really got your shit together.

Maybe, improve your equipment instead of BS excuses. Maybe, hire more mechanics/maintenance to avoid delays. Maybe, implement a plan that doesn’t have pilots/flight attendants check a plane 5 minutes before boarding. Pay them what their worth if you’re so concerned with safety

Take a good look at the original arrival time. 9:52am. Now it’s 1:36pm. I took the early flight so I could get ready for my surgery tomorrow. So, F YOU and your continuing incompetence.

I’m not gonna stop til you fix this terrible customer service. Rep told me nothing can be done. Nothing. So, I can own a seat for 64 days and lose it for NO REASON the day of the flight? Without equipment change? Just randomly for a loyal customer on a partner @AmericanAir
