A “statement” win but the early part of last season, when we were getting wins almost every week (including a win against Hearts in game 7) we were constantly reminded that we’ve played nobody yet. But one win against us is a “statement”?😂.

Funny that. Verstappen has never been DSQ’d form a race for cheating in an illegal car. Lewis has. Twice. Max has never driven for a team who were DSQ’d for stealing WDC/WCC winning rivals information, only for that team to them win the WDC the following year. Lewis has.
@autosport Crazy numbers, Piastri and Hamilton are also the only ones to do it without help from the FIA, without a $2M cost cap cheated car, without zero competition, having a car tailored to only them or driving their competitors off the road. There are levels to this game.

Amazing the difference 12 months and 2 teams make. Last season, after our great start, even after we’d played everyone once, we were being told, by pretty much everyone, to stop being ridiculous and that we hadn’t had a “real test” yet.
