Tonight at the New York Public Library I read from my new book (Live the Dream; Available now!). I chose to read about my siblings, Mira and Matai, who went missing at the London Zoo when I was 8 years old. They were never found. I hope wherever they are, they are safe and happy.

Today I was informed that my new book, Live the Dream: From Olympian to Icon, has been named a New York Time's Best Seller—on the same day my darling @LilIyOfTheVale was returned to me, no less. Quite the roller coaster! #blessed #forevergrateful

Last night, as you may have seen on the news, the NIMBUS Center for Cognitive Renewal in New York suffered a terrorist attack. The building was partially destroyed and several workers were injured but thankfully no deaths. A patient escaped with the perpetrator and are at large.

Earlier tonight, as many of you know, a helicopter lost control and collided with Bifrost Tower in downtown Miami. Tragically many were working on those floors and many were injured or killed. Prayers go out to the entire Bifrost family.
