I’m still doing the cardiac rehab fitness programme. I’ve recovered from the op and can do everything I could do before the heart problems started. Now it’s about winding the clock back further just for the joy of being fit. Also I want to go skiing in January.

Stayed in hospital an extra night to let some new meds settle in and finally get rid of the last of the constipation. It was a great decision. Feeling good this morning. One of the regular nurses (cool dude) said “Damn, you looking strong this morning!” Going home at 12 😊
