Finally, if we also account for spending over recent years to Covid-19 response only $153 billion remains.

Yet, if we don't count ODA spent on in-donor refugee costs and Ukraine this figure is closer to $165 bln on flows left for other countries and causes. A 4.0% decrease from 2021.

At first glance ODA seems to have passed the $200 bln mark in 2022, increasing by 13.6% in real terms compared to 2021.
