My ten year old self would be really proud of the first aid supplies I have available. I have those zip tie bandages so I can stitch myself and I have blood clotting powder. I do need another Israeli trauma bandage and some calcium alginate dressing for gunshot wounds.

Cooking Tip. If you have the time make up your meatloaf and put it in the loaf pan at least the night before. Letting the flavors and all mingle for some time makes for a tastier meatloaf. Also always put sautéed in the mix. Onions are great at bringing out beefiness.
