If every editor did what James has, address readers who fall prey to FB & Twitter disinformation campaigns with facts, respect & warmth, our industry would be in better standing. It's devastating that for most, it wouldn't be possible bc of the scale & reach of disinformation.
I have responded in good faith to Margaret. I do hope we are not too late to help people like her, so unfairly manipluated and discombobulated by cynical social media messaging driven by dark forces.
