CNIS Bethune Round Table 2019: Ethics in Global Surgery June 6-9, 2019
Edmonton, Alberta
Joined December 2018
Whether complicating the treatment of #covid patients with #severerespiratoryillness or precluding 2B people around the world from access to surgical and anesthetic care, the #globalventilatorshortage is an issue that merits international collaboration.
The world already needed #ventilators, and #COVID19 didn't help. We're an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, ethicists, economists, and engineers who have written a #whitepaper on the global #ventilatorshortage at https://t.co/jkfLHFUeiL.
