Revenue would imply that a transaction occurred, wherein an exchange of goods or a service occurred. However this is a government imposed transaction that is effectively a yearly tax! So if you’re inclined to continue paying, feel free to do so.

Money should be wisely invested. Based on the inflation we're witnessing it appears bad money choices were made, so better to stay with people. Anyone can make bad investments

People seem worked up about the money, how about the purpose of these stickers? How are the police going to know an expired plate?,no insurance, theft? If this is all going to be done digital to save money for government due to reduced mailing, HOW are the police to know?

It's something the Torries can look good on when they have so much mud on their face, and a distraction from what really matters. Besides, the province doesn't have money. They have our money so how do they expect us to pay the $billion.

The biggest beneficiaries of this rule change are big corporations, who own fleets of vehicles.
This is effectively a tax cut for big corporate.

This has got to be some sort of election goodie?? BC did something similar -- cancelling payments to medical plan (before Covid) but it was stupid. Not enough $$$ a it for health care.
