Also, Abernathy's statement "Everybody seems to agree" is an obvious overstatement. The poll you cite is just one piece of evidence to this effect. @CapehartJ clearly wanted to respond and was not given that opportunity.

A5: #Hope is an observable outcome of #PBL. Ss exhibit caring, passion, and compassion. It does not fit easily on a rubric or grading matrix, but it is a key outcome to passion fueled learning. #PBLChat

A5: I've seen many Ts begin to "let go" incrementally. Start by providing scaffolded Ss choice options and bit by bit the scaffolding falls away and the magic happens! #PBLChat

A4: Take yourself out of the center of Ss conversations! I found my kinders would address me and I would restate for the class. I shifted our norms so Ss addressed one another. If needed, another student would re-state for the class. Simple strategy, huge gains! #PBLChat

A3: I felt I was succeeding in "student-centered" in my classroom when visitors had to look to find me. I was not at the front of the room. Students were center stage and I was in the wings supporting! #PBLChat
