What a busy week for #ruralresearch 👐 @TheMERL exhibition 3 on seasonal farm work, @lpcminimumwage seminar on working w/ policymakers & @livunigeog talk on social media & farmers 👩🌾👨🌾
Migrants and seasonal produce dominate many of our headlines. But we hear little about migrants in UK farming. In our latest online exhibition @FeedingNation share the stories of those who pick our cabbages and daffodils. https://t.co/dtIoSqevqf

Another fab collection from @TheMERL - history of 'homegrown produce' is pertinent when questioning its future amongst post-Brexit visas & production costs 🤔 #foodshortages
'Our Green Stories' @TheMERL has just gone live. There's a gallery trail too. https://t.co/s7kvkbEni7
