Okay, one more #BlueSkyMonday post. A beach on Lake Superior under a big blue sky, with a thousand seagulls out sunbathing and making the usual racket.

It's official. Day 347 of having at least one typo in every post I put up here. Guh!

One more poem for National Poetry Day, by one of the masters, Carl Sandburg. It is a poem, I think, about short-sightedness, something many of our leaders should pat more attention to.

Another post for National Poetry Day. Edna St. Vincent Millay. She wrote beautifully but here poems were often sad. Here is an example.

I see that it is National Poetry Day. Outstanding. Here is one of my favorites by Ogden Nash, who is one of my favorites. He did not necessarily write great literature, but he was always entertaining.

I just looked through my recent notifications and responses to posts, and I have decided that I would like to be paid by the typo. Technical writer and editor for over 40 years, and I cannot remember to proofread my own posts. If there is a typo here, please don't tell me.🤪
