💯 TLDR: @LairFinance are about to launch LrBGT, the first liquid restaked derivative of BGT on Berachain. LrBGT aims to give jacked iBGT yield by incorporating other sources of PoL yield into the design of the token, giving users the ability to hold BGT AND earn from PoL.

3️⃣ With users able to redeem an LrBGT token for the proportionate value of the underlying:. 1️⃣ iBGT.2️⃣ wBERA.3️⃣ The other paired assets. Users will be able to deposit any of the above tokens for LrBGT as well, meaning that the two arms of the protocol feed back into themselves

🏦 Into a series of curated vaults, paired with tokens that users provide to earn more yield than it would have been able to otherwise. Depending on the vaults Lair offers the wBERA will be paired with LAIR, iBERA and more!. All of this value accrues underneath an LrBGT token.

🐻 In a standard autocompounding LRT this yield would just be sold for more iBGT, but the team at Lair saw an opportunity to try something interesting here. Rather than compounding straight back into iBGT, the wBERA and HONEY earned by staked iBGT is instead deployed. .

🟣 LrBGT has two key components which feed back into each other symbiotically. The first is the iBGT staking arm. Through this arm users can deploy iBGT, staking it into Lair's purpose built vault. This iBGT is then staked on @infrared, earning yield and sweet sweet points

👀 Restaked tokens are designed to allow you the benefits of the underlying staked token (generally yield and in this scenario points as well), whilst maintaining the ability to go and do other things in DeFi with said tokens. Enter, LrBGT.

💧 Inevitably popped up. iBGT is the most prominent of these derivatives by an extensive margin, hodling a large portion of the BGT supply. But, to earn iBGT's emissions you need to stake it, leaving it locked into a vault where it essentially just chills there.

❓ That's a load of word vomit, but what does it actually mean?. Building up layer by layer, an LST is a liquid version of an immovable token. Generally this would be a staked governance token, but in the case of Berachain's POL BGT is soulbound, which means liquid derivs have. .

♻️ @LairFinance is a Restaking Protocol supporting Berachain and @KaiaChain, but it's not just here to do things in a boring way. They're bringing LrBGT to Berachain, the first Restaked derivative of BGT, built ontop of iBGT, @InfraredFinance's Liquid version of BGT.

🔥 Your BERA, but since the Yeet team announced the campaign every single Yeet has been at a loss for the player in BGT - BERA terms. Clever players will also notice that there are a small cohort of multiplier which can be applied to your points lost, which include. .

🏃 And Active Quests, where you can choose to burn time by embarrassing yourself on the timeline, or to burn actual money by burning YEET tokens or Yeet NFTs. You can also lose points by Yeeting in the Yeet BGT Auction, which used to be about trying to get the most BGT for. .

❓ So, how can you lose points? Many ways. The Yeet team have come up with a collection of quests, designed to make you lose as much time and money as possible. These split into passive quests, including holding and staking YEET or baking BREAD with @BakerDAO420

🎨 BERA isn't the only prize at stake, with the unhinged talents of @PepeJonesN put to awful use again with a brand new NFT collection. 10k of these NFTs will be dropped to players, and they're banner NFT's which is actually something pretty cool that Searchie hasn't seen before

🐻 So why would you want to lose points?. It's pretty simple, a big phat stack of BERA. 50,000 to be exact. These tokens will be split amongst all participants, with 15,000 allocated to the 5% of players who lose the most points and another 15,000 to the following 15% of losers

❌ In contrast to standard Points Programs, the Anti-Points Program is about losing as many points as physically possible in a span of time, with the campaign kicking off today and running all the way till the 16th of October. Plenty of time for bad decisions to be made. .
