First time checking a bag at the airport to bring marketing gear & swag since it’s a smaller show & of course, the guy that took the bag didn’t even put the tag on it & it’s still at Dulles. Thanks a lot @united.. The guy was moving too fast to do his job right. #RuinedMyWeek

Working with @Travelers is an absolute joke. I’ve been with @GEICO for over 2 years and when I needed a homeowners policy for my rental I want to them, which got me to Travelers, and I’ve never felt so strongly that insurance is an absolute scam. They literally committed fraud.
