So yesterday, 13 May 2025, the High Court handed down its judgment in the strike out hearing brought against me by the defendants (Sky et al), in the Britannia case. The judge ruled against me, effectively dismissing my claim before it got to a full trial. Among other things it.

Just had a well known screenwriter describe my claim as 'hilarious'. When I pointed out, politely, that the journalist had offered to pitch the work to the producer, had been given a copy of the script and whose brother worked as Head of Department at Sky, she blocked me.

Submitted the final claim form in the High Court against Sky et al (hence the profile picture), after months of checking through the evidence with lawyers and referencing the similarities (across the entire body of my academically submitted work and their whole show).
