How sweet is the satisfaction when you teach someone to tie a knot for the first time?! Even sweeter when he runs up to you a few minutes later and says “Dad, I did both shoes myself and even double knotted them!”

Started the season with high hopes for my hometown (@Browns), current hometown (@Titans) and future hometown (@AZCardinals). I had fantasies of a “win-win” super bowl. Well, so much for that. @JenniferAbelson your approach to football leads to so much less heartbreak 💔

Hot take: spouses should get their own call pay. My wife has to work 2-3x as hard on nights/weekends when I’m not around to help. Spouses really are the unsung heroes of #medicine. ❤️😌

One year ago today we landed in Nashville and knew not one single soul. Moving is hard. Throw in virtual school, a skunk infestation, and Timmy the Turtle, and top all of that with some lovely pandemic icing, and well, we had one heck of a first year. But we did it!! @BenAbelson
