We have already started litigating these cases and will continue to grow these practice areas. We are excited to continue to provide our mesothelioma and injury clients with the highest quality legal representation as we continue to grow and expand the firm.

The transition to this new chapter will be seamless as the firm continues its operations across these offices.

We now have a number of mesothelioma cases filed in Maine and have recently begun resolving our first mesothelioma case in Maine with surprisingly strong values. Maine has a six year statute of limitations.

With this change, we will be expanding our offices in Boston, Massachusetts (with my law school classmate and good friend Mike Joyce and his law offices), New Jersey and Maine.

The firm will have a new name, Belluck Law, LLP, but our attorneys and staff will remain the same. We are also maintaining our New York offices in New York City, and Albany, Rochester, Johnstown and Woodstock in Upstate New York.

Over the years, the firm has grown to include a substantial personal injury practice handling accident and construction injuries, product liability and labor law cases.

In 2002, Joseph Belluck and Jordan Fox co-founded the firm and grew it to be the top mesothelioma firm in New York and across the nation, recovering over $1 billion for its clients.
