Telehealth Ontario is a joke. I called at 2 am expecting to speak with a nurse re my sick infant. I needed medical advice. It has been 16+ hours and no one has called me back. When I called under the previous govt I spoke with a nurse immediately… lucky my mom is a retired RN.
