I have no issue with waiting lists … yes they are frustrating but it’s the way it is … it’s the disappointment of expectation and miscommunication that’s frustrating!.

Dear healthcare professionals… please check the length of your waiting lists if you are telling patients their appointment/op/intervention is going to be within so many weeks. It’s so frustrating to be told“within x weeks” to then find out it’s x+4 months! Huge difference!!.
