The only outstanding thing to me, from my personal experience in this weird realm, is love, the pure version of it, unknown to many. I stick to it. It comes at a price, but it "pays" well back.

Weird part with keto is for me, how i have to power up my muscles. It takes now much longer than on carbs for sure, like a slow starting engine, but after 5-10minutes it's much more powerful than carb muscles are. More of a long distance thing, than sprint.
So my chest press "machine" can't do more than 46Kg, so i do 4x100 - 6x100.That takes forever, to get exhausted, not even talking about muscle failure. My weight stabilizes at 95kg on low carb diet. #keto.

I make a little experiment with a monstera and a led plant light. Will the monstera cover the light with few leaves, or will it hold some distance, so that other leaves get some light too?.Is monstera smart enough, to figure it out, how to maximize lumen/surface.
