THE BEST ADVICE FOR... New greens, accept it will take two to three years for a bentgrass surface to mature. DO NOT rush to open & pressure your super to chase green speeds -- forget 12 ft the first year. Making a smooth surface -- light frequent sand topdress before mowing low.
