The 2025–26 school year kicked off today with big smiles and endless possibilities! 🎒🏫. From high-fives at the bus stop to laughter in the hallways, our campuses were buzzing with energy. Here’s to making this year our best one yet!

The Bastrop ISD Board of Trustees has selected Dr. Kristi Lee to serve as Interim Superintendent effective August 1. The decision was made during the Board’s regular meeting on July 15, following the retirement of Superintendent Barry Edwards after 37 years in public education.
