So I tried to apply those tips to myself and it seems to have worked on the past few weeks. I don't know how long it will last so we will see where this is going. I'll try to keep an update here, or not.

The second one was @frenchkit when someone in the crowd asked @twannl "how do you manage to find the time to work on so many projects?". His answer resonated a lot: "With a lot of planning and a couple minutes a day, you eventually end up building something". Sounds about right!.

The first one being @pboudoin with whom I had a 🤯 2h discussion during which he told me about his rule to keep shipping: "No more than 14 days between first commit and release!". Sounds doable, forces you to keep things simple.

While I would describe myself as pretty decent at cutting crap and shipping stuff at work, personal projects are a whole other story. I probably created more dead repos than @jul has mixtapes released. But two people I recently met switched a flip without realising it:.

I started development ~12 years ago. Back then I had lots of ideas and lot of free time. Fun times!. But then real life came: a full time job, a GF, a baby, less motivation to work at night and probably a bunch of excuses also.
