For the final cook 🇦🇪 of a cracking @F1 season, I cooked Persian Lamb. It was a fantastic meal, one of my fave of 2021, but the milk-fed lamb from @BascoFineFoods really blew me away! The recipe and method are now up on the website. https://t.co/8cT9EEdCUF

Milk-fed lamb marinated overnight, then smoked for 3 hours before a slow braise until the succulent lamb falls away from the bone.

I do like these early mornings starting a long cook off. I have this lovely Santa Rosalia Brisket going on the @WeberGrills Smokey Mountain. Picked it up from @BascoFineFoods. Really looking forward to the cook (and eating it later)!!
