Hang clean max went up by 35 pounds and hex-deadlift went up by 20 pounds in a month and a half. I’m Incredibly motivated and determined this offseason. Bulked up to 245. Only going up from here💪🏼 @Boylan_Football Clean- 275 Deadlift-465 @EDGYTIM @DeepDishFB @PrepRedzoneIL
