Tight calf/soleus complex? Decreased ROM in DF? @mickwhughes has it correct. Especially for NBA athletes who initiate their propulsion and jump from the soleus. Longer can be stronger. Don’t ignore it. Myopractic>stretch>TUT strengthening.
