When I say “Cursor dev,” I’m not talking about someone who just uses an AI IDE. It’s a mindset, fast, resourceful, knows which API or package to grab, and doesn’t overengineer. Most older devs still debug like it’s 2015. I’m not filtering by age for fun. I’m filtering for.
@BaranOncel You missed the point; garbage in, garbage out. You're likely hiring for simple CRUD apps that LLMs can generate. A maximum age of 25 is a strict filter for low-experience coders relying on LLMs for insight and expertise.
