Minister @podonovan met with families & business owners in Bantry today welcomed the Tánaiste's announcement. "Opening the Humanitarian Support Scheme is an important, practical support for communities like these to help them deal with the devastating effects of flooding quickly”
Tánaiste @LeoVaradkar has opened the Humanitarian Support Scheme to small businesses unable to secure flood insurance and affected by flooding as a result of Storm Barra. This will also provide aid for businesses impacted by a flooding event in Fermoy, Co. Cork in February 2021.
