#Match2023 .Things to do before interview:.-Make sure you have gone through your ERAS CV again. -Read about program and always be ready if they ask why our program?(Read on website, ask que in meet and greet).-Always check camera is at right position 5 min before start of IV.

#Match2023 .No interviews yet? Don’t worry! Long long way to go! I got my 1st interview 25-30 days after submitting my application. Hold your nerves, your time will come it is just a start.

-Don’t need to write and cram. Make structure, how you will answer to question. It will make you less anxious on your interview day.

#Match2023. Interview preparation! .-Discuss attached questions with your friends who are applying. -Practice by having virtual mock interviews with other applicants. -Make sure you spent atleast one hour daily.

Be kind,.If you can’t motivate someone then its better to stay silent or give them neutral opinion. But please! Never discourage. People are already going through a lot in their life. Thank you.

#Match2023 .Supp. ERAS; Signal those programs which best fit your profile. But it needs to be IMG-friendly.-If it has your med school alumni signal it. -Make your choice based on the city. No one knows which programs will support it this year.
