to see how a police force should be run. Ask yourself why the crime numbers in Hartford County are so much better than the crime infested Baltimore's??? County Exec and Mayor are literally breeding crime..

should be asking how he can immediately fix the crime problem in Balt County. The county is now the CITY - it's not safe for anyone. RAPES, SHOOTINGS, CARJACKINGS - and a police force that can't stop 1 guy with 30. Disgraceful...
