Hugh & Majella were at the annual 10 mile race in Ballyliffin, with Hugh finishing second in his age category. 💪. Hugh McGill 1:20:52 🥈Age .Majella Connolly 1:44:53. A lovely day for a run in the hills of Donegal with a tough finish along the beach as well 💙

Well done to @GemmaMcDonald83 who clocked up another win on Sunday when she was First Lady over the line at the Saintfield 10k. Great running from Gemma on a hilly course, she finished in 9th place overall. 💪

We had a big club turnout at the recent Coastal 5k between Carnlough and Glenarm. Massive well done to Gemma McDonald, 1st lady for the 2nd year in a row, with the fast, flat course earning her a well-deserved PB as well. Thanks to Glenlough Running Club for the great event.
