RIP Kenneth James Bristow (aka Slim) Slim passed away peacefully early this morning, having spent the past week surrounded by his family. Slim is survived by his loving wife Ni Komang Ayu Wartini, son I Wayan Raymond Bristow and daughter Ni Made Amanda Bristow.
